Okay, my problem is that usplash comes up, then goes away, showing pages
being loaded, then after a few seconds my screen goes to standby and the
capslock light comes on as it was when I hibernated, but the keyboard
doesn't respond (ie the light won't go off). There is stuttery disk
access for some minutes, then nothing - hard reset required.
