[Bug 35973] Suspend to ram no longer working on Panasonc CF-R4 (regression from breezy)

OK as a result of the most recent upgrades over the last few days something has changed with suspend performance. I am seeing an increased suspend success performance (maybe up to 80%) 

BUT

There is a weird issue where sometimes it takes up to 3 minutes to restart/restore X. The initital suspend disk activity ends then I wait a minute or so, mash keys for 30 seconds, then the laptop wakes from suspend and works fine.

This is absolutely repeatable 100% of the time and the take ages to wake thing is definately new. The increse in success to 80% is great but this new problem is just weird
