Summary: Orinoco driver is acting up in Dapper
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: i386
OS/Version: other
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: linux
AssignedTo: ben.collins at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: sh at warma.dk
QAContact: kernel-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
The orinoco driver for my Netgear MA401 PCMCIA card doesn't work in Dapper (it
worked fine in Breezy).
I'm using WEP encryption on the network.
I'll try it on a non-encrypted network soon to see if that makes any difference.
I set up tcpdump to monitor any traffic on the interface while it was trying to
get an IP from DHCP, but nothing showed up.. Very strange.
Let me know if there's anything I should try.
