Any chance you are using ndiswrapper on the server that crashed? What ethernet
card is in that machine?

The crash is definitely related to networking. alloc_skb() is failing, and I'm
sure that it's an atomic allocation (which is why it doesn't attempt to do more
to free up memory before spewing this failure).

I assume the machine stays running, and that it isn't really failing?
