Probably a dup of other bcm43xx bugs - e.g. Bug #37765, Bug #36525 .

It may be usful to look at those bugs and report the results of setting the speed to 11Mbits along with whether you can do a scan. It would also be helpful to include the output of the
uname -a
command.
