I had to disable this: drivers/usb/net/zd1211 to make it work correctly (if  you try to build using my config you will fail, i think... as i can reproduce it all the time i try to compile with this zd1211 turned on).

as i don't really need it i disabled and i have all the fun now :)
i'm trying badram rc for this kernel with sucess (i had to correct a little incompatibility with nvidia restricted module, i think recompiled kernel's can't use it... so i'm going to download nvidia kernel source from repository and try to recompile again with it...)
