Can/does the Upgrade Tool prompt users to ask them whether they want something to happen or not?

What needs to be done is we need to iterate /sys/class/net for all the interfaces connected and write a new /etc/iftab (if the user wants) to fix those names; making sure to not write lines where there are duplicated addresses (SPARC usually).
