Description:
When I upgraded to 2.6.15-20, my power management stopped working on my
Dell Inspiron 6000.

- When I close my lid, the screen does not blank.  (This is what I have set in g-p-m settings).
- System | Lock Screen does not work.
- The screensaver does not activate after the session is idle (as set in the Screensaver preferences).
