This is early days I know ;-) however I tried the 2.6.12 kernel (686-smp) in
breezy which has the skge rather than sk98lin
driver. I am able to modprobe it and a lsmod shows it to be present anyway on
boot meaning I guess that hotplug or whatever
has detected the nic. However ifconfig eth0 up reports no eth0 device suggesting
the driver is not working for my card at least.
