FYI. The patch is upstream (been since 2.6.14 afaik, though the later has other
annoying issues with USB I recomment 2.6.15-rc* to powerbook users). Also, it
might be useful to you guys to know that the bug does occasionally trigger on
x86 too. I don't fully understand your distribution policy on taking only
security fixes and no bug fixes though but it's your call. In any cases, you
(users) can just build the kernel yourself, it's not that complicated :)
