           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Keywords: laptop
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2

        AssignedTo: fabbione at ubuntu.com

sometimes on waking from sleep (or DPMS display power off) the monitor on my
powerbook is all messed up.

it encounters this weird horizontal snow effect (moving). it's very difficult
to explain.

putting it to sleep and waking it up again fixes the problem.

happens maybe 1 out of every 10 resumes.
