Exporting bundles yaml from juju command (not just juju-gui)

Hi there,

When supporting customers we generally don't get access to the
juju-gui so functionality that is locked to it is not available to us.
The most important missing piece for us right now is exporting bundles
yaml from the juju command [1].

As far as I can tell, juju status (format yaml) get's us a lot of the
way there, but can't be used to quickly reproduce a customer
environment.
