I believe there is a config option on the ceph charms to let you steer
traffic over a particular network.

Juju will add explicit modelling of networks shortly, and then of course
it will take a little while for the charms to implement support for
that, but at that stage this will all be automated. Till then, it's a
bit of a manual schlep, sorry!
