[Review Queue] trusty/jenkins

I reviewed the trusty jenkins redux today.

The tests never passed our automated testing environment because the wrong
python was being used in the tests.  After changing to #!/usr/bin/python*3*
the trusty test passed the bundletester.

I used the github.com/whitmo/jujubox and it saved me some time making the
review queue easier.  Still some rough edges but a very useful container.
