Managing sets of charm releases

Hi everyone,

In IRC Michael Chase-Salerno was asking how to best manage having a
set of charms with both -devel and -stable releases and how that
should be structured.

I just wanted to point out how the OpenStack charmers do their stable
and "next" branches and their development workflow:
