juju-relinfo - relation introspection plugins

Hi.

I found myself often peering into the internals of relation state, so
have written some plugins to make it easier. juju-relinfo provides the
following commands, matching the tools available to hooks but
accessible from the operators command line:

juju relation-ids
juju relation-list
juju relation-get
juju relation-set

The juju-relinfo package is available in ppa:stub/juju. Source is in
bzr at lp:juju-relinfo, or
https://code.launchpad.net/~stub/juju-relinfo/trunk
