What would you like to see in the virtual Charm School hangouts?

I'm happy to participate in such a meeting, but in addition to
discussing it in a hangout and losing history again, we need a
document which provides good reasoning and a careful explanation about
what is being proposed and why, and specifically a compelling reason
why the *current* model does not support what is being suggested,
noting that charms _can_ have more than code, charms _can_ have binary
files, binary files _can_ be in VCSs trivially, etc.
The role of juju is to enable such use cases, not to hardcode every
decision in its core and becoming a hodgepodge of complexity [1].
