So at lunch the next day Mims brought up that a good way to kill
momentum with contributors is to grind reviews to a halt.

It looks like testing is really pretty close to landing, it might be
worth it just to wait the ~3 weeks.

There's a session for this at vUDS for those that feel strongly about
it, though I'm starting to lean towards "Don't mess with it".
