Workflow

The workflow for development with bzr+Launchpad+inline code reviews is
approaching the optimum:

Once someone +1s, "lbox submit" finishes the loop.

Note I'm using cobzr for the moment, but bzr 2.5 already has the
feature basically working, and will be pretty much equivalent soon
enough.
