Testing on windows

Hey Aaron,

I was unable to replicate the huge number of errors regarding temporary files already existing. Can you make sure you %TMP% directory is clean when you start testing? If its a fresh instance, it should have no files in %TMP%.

Or have the testing job simply clean the entire directory before running:

go test ./...

You will have some failures (addressed by the branches I mentioned), but not as many as you currently see.
