Where should loggo live (and errgo, ...)?

Well, I'd say that on Launchpad you can have "launchpad.net/loggo" and
be perfectly clear you are talking about the project, and you don't
have the stuttering of "github.com/juju/juju". And if you did you have
"~juju/juju" which is clear that one is a user/group and the other is
the project.
Regardless, we can live with github.com/juju/juju. I think we could
get github.com/canonical (since it is mostly unused for the last 4
years), though.
