1.14 doesn't actually build

It was just brought to my attention on IRC that, due to a change to gwacl
after 1.14 was cut, 1.14 doesn't actually build right now (if you just use
the most recent version of gwacl).

The error is

provider/azure/storage.go:96: multiple-value context.GetAnonymousFileURL()
in single-value context

Figured I'd let the list know, since I'm not sure what the correct fix is.
