It's "cpu-cores=4" not "cpu=4"

I was experimenting with making a Juju video today and was perplexed
that it wouldn't take cpu=4 as a constraint. Ends up it's cpu-cores,
and the part in the docs on instance-types doesn't even apply anymore!

https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/charms-constraints.html

The branch is lp:juju-core/docs and it's HTML5, real easy to fix
things. Docs autogenerate every 24 hours.

New docs is production now, there's no reason for there to be a skew
between what's live in core and what's live on the docs. If you're
doing user-visible changes from now on please document or update the
pages as you see fit. If you need help ping Nick or myself.

Nick's already got --to and the local provider on his TODO, but I
think in general if we were to get another set of eyeballs from -core
over the docs it would really help us out.

Thanks!
