Landing bot active again

The landing bot for juju-core and goose branches is up and running again.

So, to land your branch with two LGTMs in rietveld, set the commit
message and mark status 'Approved' on the launchpad merge proposal
page. Using Aaron's rvsubmit bzr plugin is a convenient way of doing
this. To install:

$ mkdir -p ~/.bazaar/plugins
$ bzr branch lp:rvsubmit ~/.bazaar/plugins/rvsubmit

To land your current branch:

$ bzr rv-submit
