Thanks for the reply. The word comes from the papercuts project[0],
but I see your point in this context we are trying to flag large and
small adoption issues. So while some may be papercuts, other may be
larger wounds.  My word-smith foo isn't coming up with a good
immediate answer, but suggestions welcome.  Some brainstorming tags
are UX (user experience), and adoption.
