Tests fail on raring

Hi all,

This morning I upgraded to raring and the tests fail:

I'm not sure what is happening exactly, but this is in the logs:

  git config --global user.email "you at example.com"
  git config --global user.name "Your Name"

I'm guessing git got more strict on identity, but I'm not sure where we
use git.

Ideas anyone?
