Changes to command "juju set"

Hi,

I've just added the option --default to the command juju set. Background is
to reset configuration options to their default values with

juju set <svc> --default optionA optionB optionC

Today this is done with

juju set <svc> optionA=

But this way a string option with a default value never can be set to an
empty string. We would like to change this behavior so that a string option
in this case is set to a an empty string. I do fear compatibility issues
here, but I hope I'm wrong.

If you see problems here please let me know.
