mgo import path moved

Good Mondays,

Please note that I'm merging the branches proposed last week that
update mgo to the lastest API version released, and this includes
changing the import paths so that they now look like:

    labix.org/v2/mgo

Rather than

    launchpad.net/mgo

The code is still maintained in Launchpad under the mgo project. This
was changed so that the API may evolve without breaking existing users
(such as juju itself).
