"galapagos" milestone about done

So, we're actually 2 weeks late, as we had wanted to "freeze" galapagos
on June 6.

I plan to "freeze" lp:juju for release on Monday.

The milestone has seen 10 bugs fixed, and still has a few In Progress:

https://launchpad.net/juju/+milestone/galapagos

Note that there are 4 "High" that I've left open, and one, the --version
option, which I think could possibly still be solved quickly.

I've moved anything that has no sign of progress/work to honolulu, or
removed the milestone altogether, as some of these are really features and
should be deferred until after "2.0 (go port feature parity.. I think)"
is released.

There are a number of active reviews for the milestone which need +1's. If
you can all glance at them and see if there are any that either need
to be merged or are done enough to land in trunk before the end of next
week, please do get those in. We'll cut the release on Thursday, June 21,
if all looks well.

Also, just an FYI, I plan to bump the upstream version to 0.5.1 and tag
trunk for this release.
