Hello,

Waiting on review feedback for the straw man proposal, did more work on the wooden man proposal and refreshed all my branches to master and resubmitted. I believe that the straw man PA is close to submission, but needs fixes to gozk to be properly tested. Looking forward to your review feedback.

Roger: did you finish adding the makeBucket caching in ec2 or would you like me to take a look ?
