    2.18.91 upstream snapshot.
  * debian/*.shlibs: Update to the version from the branch.
  * debian/patches/201-hjl-bfd-ref_addr.dpatch: Remove, integrated upstream.
  * Fail the build if the testsuite shows regressions compared to the
    last (installed) build.
