procps (1:3.2.7-9ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Add debian/sysctl.d/10-tcp-timestamps-workaround.conf to disable TCP
timestamping, since its implementation in the 2.6.27 kernel in Ubuntu
8.10 causes problems with certain routers (LP: #264019).
