  * New upstream release for KDE4.
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
  * Edit debian/control to match kde4 libraries.
  * Modify 01-shortcuts.patch to work with the new code; it is partly
    incorporated by upstream.
  * Modify debian/*.install to match the new filenames/locations.
  * Remove debian/man/ as man-pages are now included.
