* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- Build a cacao-source package.
* Don't keep /usr/bin/java in the cacao package.

- debian/patches/cacao-mipsel-linux.diff: Set JAVA_ARCH on mipsel.
- debian/patches/cacao-no-mmap-first-page.diff: On arm-linux the
first memory page can't be mmap'ed, as it contains the exception
vectors.
* Upload with correct maintainer address.

* New upstream snapshot, close to the 0.99.4 release.
- Drop cacao-0.98-kfreebsd.patch, as it isn't needed.
* Updated Standards-Version to 3.8.0.
* debian/copyright: Add copyrights for new files, remove copyrights
for files not distributed anymore. Closes: #495223.
