     + 03_parse_fix.patch.
     + 04_manpage_fix.patch.
   * Update 04_manpage_fix.patch to fix other manpage errors.
   * Add build-dep for libxext-dev.
     + Allow sync with Ubuntu. Doesn't get brought in the build-deps.
   * Fix VCS field (svn not ssh).
   * Add build-dep on xutils-dev. (Closes: #485535).
   * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.0. (No changes needed).
