How to fix stuck in infinite boot loop under EFI RT service set time interface test item with HPE

There should be a results.log in a partition "fwts-result", though it may
be incomplete and stopped at UEFI runtime services such as the below:

>From your screenshot, it seems fwts-live stopped at UEFI RT service - set
time service. You can also confirm this if you find results.log.

You can try to run UEFI RT service specifically to confirm this as below.
This should help BIOS debugging this particular runtime service (see
details in UEFI spec 7.3 Time Services).
