Hi,
First workaround didn't work.
Second workaround worked: "Disable runtime power management for AHCI devices"
AHCI_RUNTIME_PM_ON_BAT=on

Bug description:
Wireless bluetooth mouse stops working after a few seconds of inactivity.
The bug isn't present when the power cable is connected to the laptop.
Note: I modified the tlp.conf file to bypass this issue and still no
luck.
