** Description changed:

  Wireless bluetooth mouse stops working after a few seconds of inactivity.
- The bug isn't present when power cable is connected.
+ The bug isn't present when the power cable is connected to the laptop.
  
  Note: I modified the tlp.conf file to bypass this issue and still no
