I don't understand the report which does not seem to match your comment:
what is your issue exactly? dmesg log indeed shows some issue mounting
"sharedfolder".

FWIW, I installed a fresh focal system (20.04.1), I upgraded it and I
was not able to reproduce your issue. I mark the bug as incomplete for
now, waiting for more info.
