Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
Could you please provide us a test-case with the following information?
* mount command used (you can redact the service if needed)
* output of dmesg after running the mount command
* output of uname -r
* version of Ubuntu that you are running
* version of cifs-utils

Incomplete
Bug description:
Any attempt to use the mount command with -t cifs that requires the
sec=arg option fails and returns an “Invalid argument” message.
For some reason this gets broken fairly regularly on Ubuntu.
