[Bug 1990703] [NEW] Mount.cifs no longer accepts sec=arg option

Any attempt to use the mount command with -t cifs that requires the
sec=arg option fails and returns an “Invalid argument” message.

For some reason this gets broken fairly regularly on Ubuntu.
