Upgrades from one LTS to the next LTS release are only available after
the first point release. In this case, that means users will be prompted
to upgrade from 20.04 once 22.04.1 is released.

You can force the upgrade before the point release by running `do-
release-upgrade -d` (but leaving Prompt=lts in /etc/update-
manager/release-upgrades).

Title:
  non automatic release upgrade

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I use ubuntu 20.04 for few years now.
Ubuntu 22.04 released april 21 but my system don't ask me to upgrade

I configured my option to update only to lts

  If I try sudo do-release-upgrade I have :

Pour mettre à niveau vers la dernière version de développement non LTS
  définir Prompt=normal dans /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.

If I modify prompt from lts to normal it offer me to upgrade.

For the moment I didn't accept to upgrade because I prefer to find a
  solution of this bug

  Best regards
  Nordine
