[Bug 1973151] [NEW] Upgrade from 21.10 to 22.04 failed due to "phantomatic" network issue

During the installation progress,I suppose at the end of phase of downloading packages, appears a pop up thata states there is a network issue (not true, the network is OK) so the installation cannot be continued.
A list of information (in italian) is included in the pop up window:

W:L'aggiornamento da tale repository non può essere eseguito in modo
sicuro ed è quindi disabilitato come impostazione predefinita.,
W:Consultare la pagina man apt-secure(8) per la creazione di un
repository e la configurazione utente., E:Il repository
"http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu groovy-security Release" non ha più
un file Release., W:L'aggiornamento da tale repository non può essere
eseguito in modo sicuro ed è quindi disabilitato come impostazione
