Bug description:
  on Dropbear SSH Servers ssh-copy-id installs the key in
  /etc/dropbear/authorized_keys

  only the openwrt dropbear server uses that path

  the upstream dropbear server uses the normal path
  ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
