I could not purge a ppa that does not exist anymore.

So, I am not exactly sure how, I managed to do a partial upgrade from
20.04 to 22.04.1, which, however, as warned during the process, leaded
to an install without graphical environment, after rebooting.

So, I removed two pipewire related packets (libpipewire-0.3-0 and
libspa-0.2-modules), that could be causing the trouble, updated, dist-
upgraded and installed --reinstalled ubuntu-desktop, which allowed me to
recover the graphical environment. I have not rebooted yet, but I hope
to keep the graphical environment working.
