Installing gstreamer1.0-pipewire as Depende of gnome-shell
  gstreamer1.0-pipewire:amd64 Depende on pipewire:amd64 < 0.3.56-1~20.04.sav0 @ii gK > (= 0.3.48-1ubuntu1) can't be satisfied!

Based on the version of pipewire you have installed, it looks like you
had the pipewire-upstream PPA enabled at some point. Please try using
the ppa-purge tool to remove packages installed from that PPA, and then
try the upgrade again.
