  Incomplete

Bug description:
  E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
  E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/extras.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise_main_binary-i386_Packages
  E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
  E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
  I am not totally certain this is a bug but was asked to report.

  Cannot run Software Center also get Crash report:
  The application Ubuntu Software Center has closed unexpectedly.
  ExecutablePath
     /usr/share/software-center/software-center
  When attempt is made to send error report get message:
     Invalid problem report
          Could not determine the package or source package name.
