Title:
Grub not accepting change and /dev/sdb5 taking forever to boot after
  upgrade to 11.04

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

I've changed the default in grub to Windows several times, but it
  still boots into Ubuntu.

Also, the boot takes a VERY long time and prints an error about
  /dev/sdb5 not being available.
