Title:
ubuntu-bug needs an "unknown" category at the end of every search

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I just reported a bug relating to sound, against apport out of
  frustration.

The problem related to something that's placed in the panel
automatically. I have no idea what the panel software is called, or
what package its in. Same for sound, actually.

Ubuntu-bug presented me with choices, none of them good, so I chose
sound. I wound up at the end of its search for a package in a bunch
of sound things that were clearly wrong.

So I'm reported that this part of Ubuntu-bug needs tweaking. Perhaps
a prominent first-tier category for the stuff that gets added
automatically, like panel and so on.
