  black screen

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  when the PC load grub appears only a black box with purple edges. This
  makes it impossible to select any option or select Windows OS.
  however, after a few seconds GRUB automatically starts Ubuntu.
